Dutch canopy fabrics
Dutch canopies are known for their timeless and attractive appearance, in which the fabric plays an important role. Hylas offers customised Dutch canopy fabrics for standard, petal and folding models. On request, we can also provide the valance in the correct width.
Dutch canopy fabric is available both stitched and glued. The overlap hems on a stitched Dutch canopy fabric are 2.5 cm and 2.0 cm on a glued Dutch canopy fabric.
Dutch canopy valance
A standard canopy valance is 15 cm high and has a wavy underside. It is also possible to finish the valance straight with a decorative strapping band or bottom hem. Plain colours are finished with a white strapping band as standard, unless otherwise indicated. Striped fabrics are always given a matching strapping colour.
